PICTURE FRAMING

We take pride in our craftsmanship and stand behind the quality of our custom picture framing. We guarantee our materials and workmanship for life. If you ever experience a defect in craftsmanship, we will repair or replace the frame at no cost to you.

If you want to cancel your order prior to materials being ordered, we will refund your order in full. If you cancel your order after materials have been ordered or project started, you will be required to pay for materials at cost and labor time involved.

Please note that this guarantee does not cover damage caused by improper handling, accidents, exposure to environmental conditions, or natural wear over time once it's left Art & Frame.

PRINTING
We offer custom printing in Wichita with a lifetime guarantee on materials and workmanship. If you're not completely satisfied with the technical quality of your print, contact us within 14 days, and we’ll reprint it free of charge.

Please note that printed images may not match what you see on your screen unless your monitor is professionally color-calibrated. We optimize your images for the best clarity and widest color range possible based on your file. If precise color details are essential, we recommend ordering our proof package before committing to a large print or bulk order.

We are not responsible for damage to art or framing due to improper handling or acts of nature after delivery.

PHOTO  RESTORATION & ENHANCEMENT SERVICES

If you've changed your mind on the concept after the digital work has been started pricing may vary for additional changes. if you want to cancel your order, we will refund everything but the digital time we have invested into your project.

When you order any of our digital imaging services, you may request an emailed soft proof to approve before your order is printed. We will not be held responsible for misspellings and manipulations you have ordered and approved.
